Preparing bass for eating is a task that requires attention to detail and care to ensure the fish is cooked to perfection. Step 1: Choose the Right Bass

The first step in preparing bass for eating is selecting the right fish. Look for bass that has firm, translucent flesh with a slight pinkish hue.
