Once you’re in SharePoint, navigate to the folder you want to pin to File Explorer. You can do this by clicking on the folder name in the left-hand navigation pane or by using the search bar to find the folder.

Step 3: Right-click on the Folder

With the folder selected, right-click on it to open a context menu. From the menu, select “Pin to Quick Access” or “Pin to Start” (depending on your preference).

Step 4: Access the Pinned Folder

After pinning the folder, you can access it directly from your File Explorer. To do this, open File Explorer and look for the folder in the Quick Access section, which is located on the left-hand side of the window. Alternatively, you can access the folder from the Start menu by clicking on the “Pinned” section.

Step 5: Customize Quick Access

If you want to further customize your Quick Access section, you can do so by right-clicking on the folder and selecting “Properties.” From there, you can change the folder name, add a description, or remove the folder from Quick Access.
